World Grafix Services
The mission of World Grafix is: "To
develop a manageable sized customer base that relies on us to supply
all of their design and promotional needs." We want to help
organizations simplify their purchasing by being the one place for
all such needs.
graphic design
Graphic design is billed by the hour. We provide our
prospective clients with an estimate for the work they need us to
do. A deposit of one half the estimated amount is due before our
designers start creating. If changes are made during the design
process, the total final charges may be different than the original
estimate. We do our best to guide clients during the design process
to keep them within their budgets. The balance of the total charges
are due at the completion of the project.
decals, emblems, signage, apparel and vinyl products
All customized items are
considered special order by us and our suppliers. A deposit of one
half the total purchase amount is due upon ordering. The balance
will be due on delivery.
production time
Production time for
design work depends on the size of the project and the involvement
of the client. We do like to be as efficient as possible to allow
us to finish a project quickly and help the client develop an image
as soon as possible.
Normal production
time for promotional items, etc. is from seven (7) to (14) business
days. Suppliers may require additional time for large quantity
orders, proofing or order changes.
additional charges
We always try to let you
know all charges for an order at the time of ordering. These may
include set-up, typesetting, proofing, additional color charges, 2nd
side printing, special shipping or packaging requirements and
artwork touch-up.
shipping
World Grafix will ship
your order UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. We are always
willing to work with short notice shipping and can always find ways
of getting things to you quickly. Shipping charges are assessed by
weight using UPS.com's quick calculator. Special shipping will, of
course, incur additional shipping charges.
submitting artwork
Send your artwork as an attachment to
office@worldgrafix.com in PC format in any of the following
extensions:
- CorelDraw CDR (up to Ver. 13)
- Illustrator .AI Version 7
- EPS (use interpreted .eps, not "placeable"
.eps)
If you are
sending one color art that needs no changes, you may submit either
of the following extensions with at least 300 dpi for print media
(stationery) and 600 dpi for printing on promotional items or
apparel:
If you have a
large file (over 10 megs), call email us at
office@worldgrafix.com or call us at (603) 228-9936 to arrange
to upload to our FTP site.
net 30 accounts
World Grafix offers Net
30 accounts to its regular customers upon approved credit. Ask us
for more information on how to establish your Net 30 Account.
